Guarantee: We will honor all written quotes for 30 days from date of issue. All meat prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are only guaranteed for 30 days prior to any function. Menu selections and buffet arrangements should be made at least 30 days prior to the event whenever possible. You will need to supply a entative number of guests to be expected to help us in giving accurate costs projections. Pricing: All menu prices are subject to state sales tax and labor charge. For buffet wedding receptions, prices include skirting of the buffet, cake and head tables only Labor Policy: A cost of $20.00 per wait staff person is charged at a minimum of our hours. A 17% gratuity should be added to the food portion of the bill. Need Labor Only: Elite is also able to assist you in supplying skilled and experienced wait staff, chefs, cooks and set-up personnel upon request when you want to do it yourself. Billing: A minimum deposit od 5-% is required at the time arrangements are made and the contract is signed. The remainder id due upon delivery and setup.
